As Co-owner and president of SLS Construction, Ryan strives to meet the needs and wants of every client’s construction project.

Ryan grew up in Mansfield Texas and was in the graduating class of 2014 from Mansfield High School. While in high school he raised and showed cattle.

Having a very big interest
in a ranch his father started in 1994 in Ranger Texas, 15 years later moving to Coleman Texas. If it was not a show day, he spent majority of his free time on the ranch. It did not matter if it was cold or hot, rain or shine Ryan still knew there was work to do.

Ryan carried these qualities throughout high school
and to Texas State Technical College where he became a Certified Diesel Mechanic graduating a semester early all while working for a dozer service company digging stock tanks, clearing land, and various other land services.

Shortly after graduation Ryan got an interest in the oil and gas industry. He was able to start a career in the perforating and fracing part of the industry. As he progressed and grew
in the industry it allowed his dreams to flow in.

Ryan had always dreamed of owning property with his
father and together they were able to grow the ranch. He survived the worst oil crash in recordable history in 2020. Although happy to still have a job he was beginning to try and find something not as volatile of an industry.
